Thank you.

27/03/2020 - update to service.

We are currently operating with a reduced workforce which has a direct impact on our capacity and processing times.

Please find the following status regarding shipping options:

Nationwide deliveries - we will operate a process of opening and closing this shipping option based on the number of backorders in our system.

We will display a shipping service status banner on the website indicating if nationwide delivery options are available.

Any existing order already placed prior to withdrawing this service will be processed, only new orders will be affected.

Other shipping and collection methods will remain open:

Local deliveries NN postcodes - we will operate a 'Box Drop' service.  Our driver will phone before arriving. We will drop your boxes on the doorstep, and our driver will return to the van while you unload your order. Please sign the paperwork in the box and leave the boxes on the doorstep, our driver will then collect them.

No human contact is required.

Daventry area deliveries NN11 postcodes - We will maintain a free delivery service to this area. However, the minimum order threshold will be £15 for this free service. We will operate the 'Box Drop' method as above.

Collections from Warehouse or Northampton store - collections from these locations are free of charge. We will restrict the amount of human interaction as much as possible to protect both staff and customers.

We apologise for this disruption to our regular service. However, we must take this temporary action as a response to the ever-developing COVID-19 situation.
