Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed on our website will be shipped from directly from our UK warehouse. Options to collect stock from our physical locations are offered at the checkout.
We cannot guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates. Any estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (GMT).
Shipments from our warehouse occur Mon-Fri, no shipments leave our premises at the weekend. Orders you placed Friday PM or over the weekend will not be processed until Monday.
Weekend delivery is not guaranteed if the items are shipped on a Friday, this is dependent on which delivery service is used.
Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined in your shopping cart when you place an order.
Additional charges may be incurred if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than three times. Our delivery partners will leave cards to show evidence of a missed delivery and will offer a telephone number for their customer services.
