New Delivery Limits

We'd love to be the next Amazon, yet we must realise that, as a small team, there are limits to our delivery capabilities.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a professional, reliable and quick dispatch service aiming to process orders in 7 working days or less.


Recently we have seen unprecedented growth in the number of orders we received following publicity through social media. Whilst we appreciated the upturn in sales, it gave us a mountain to climb to process all orders.

A typical order may contain multiple items, so we had hundreds of thousands of products to pick and pack. We had to temporarily shut down the site to allow our team to catch up.

To manage this going forward, we have decided to restrict the number of orders we can take each day, allowing us to manage our output and maintain our professional service to our customers.

This only affects deliveries to the UK using our courier option; local deliveries and collections from our warehouse will still be available. This is due to the significant amount of packaging required for courier deliveries, creating a bottleneck.


Please observe the status indicators near the add-to-cart button, indicating whether nationwide delivery is available. If nationwide delivery is unavailable, this shipping option will not be selectable in the cart.
